Unlike other vendors who have been primarily interested in selling equipment, TSI, Inc., under the skillful guidance of George Dallas has been focused on improving the speed and stability of our network.

I have never worked with a company that has provided this level of service. George and the rest of his team have spent long hours for many days finding and repairing the weak areas of our network.

My plan is to continue to work with TSI, Inc., through George, as we budget for future upgrades.

Hewlett Packard introduced us to TSI and George Dallas.

TSI came in, looked at the configurations in the HP equipment that had been installed and showed us what was wrong.

We fired the original company and hired TSI to not only fix what was wrong but to aid in the completion of both our wired and wireless network.

If we suspect there is an issue with our network or require updates or changes, TSI remotes in and takes a look and makes suggestions or points out problems.

Qucikly and Correctly

Through the project TSI met deadlines with submittal, wireless surveys, network electronics installation, Wireless access point instillation and training.

The end customer Northwestern, along with CRT,  was pleased with the performance of TSI.  The team’s knowledge of setting the network up quickly and correctly helped CRT meet the aggressive schedule on this job.
